What's the difference for 720P 1080P

(1) HD and SD

1080p (Full HD), 1080i, 720p can be called HD, and 480p is SD (equivalent to DVD).

(2) Resolution

The resolution corresponding to 1080i is 1920*1080i

The resolution corresponding to 1080P is 1920*1080P.

The resolution corresponding to 720P is 1280*720.

The resolution corresponding to 480P is 720*480

The resolution corresponding to 360P is 640*360

Note: 1080i is interlaced, 1080p is progressive, 1080p images are finer, smoother and better. The progressive scan image is less flickering (theoretically) and is difficult for the human eye to distinguish.
